This double drum vibratory roller, an independently developed asphalt compaction equipment, is designed for municipal maintenance projects, combining a compact structure with flexible mobility. The 10t operating mass is distributed equally (5t front/5t rear), and the 280N/cm static linear load ensures uniform compaction. With 0.35/0.6mm dual amplitudes and 55/48Hz high/low vibration frequencies, it adapts to asphalt surface and base layer compaction needs, while 90/110kN exciting forces handle different geological conditions.

 

Operation comfort and vision optimization are integrated: the control console rotates 35° left/right, the steering wheel is angle-adjustable, and operation handles/displays are centralized on the right to broaden the front view. The high-frequency management system guides compaction operations in real time, preventing over/under-compaction via the vibratory drum's "four-center integration" technology for pavement evenness. Articulated steering with crab walk enables a 4070mm minimum inner turning radius for narrow sites; two-speed ranges (0-6/0-12km/h) balance slope climbing (35% theoretical grade) and transition efficiency, while 69° approach/departure angles enhance terrain adaptability.

 

Construction auxiliary systems enhance practicality: a 740L large-capacity water tank with a 3-level filtration system supports multi-interval sprinkling, and two backup sprinkler sets ensure continuous operation. Spring-tensioned polyurethane scraper plates effectively remove adhered materials to maintain compaction quality. The 1150×1750mm drum size balances compaction width and mobility, with ±10° swing angle and ±38° steering angle for complex surfaces. The inline four-cylinder turbocharged water-cooled engine (74.9kW/2300rpm) meets high-efficiency requirements for municipal projects, making the machine suitable for compacting asphalt concrete surfaces, small/medium bases, and filling materials.
