SR155 rotary drilling rig integrates 147kW Mitsubishi D06FRC-TAA engine power with a 155kN·m max torque rotary drive, enabling 1.5m pile diameter and 56m (friction kelly)/44m (inter-locking kelly) drilling depth for diverse foundation projects. The crowd system delivers 155kN axial force and 160kN line pull across a 4,200mm stroke, while the main winch (160kN pull, 26mm rope) at 80m/min and auxiliary winch (60kN pull, 14mm rope) at 75m/min ensure efficient material handling.
The mast adjusts to 5° forward/90° backward and ±3° lateral inclinations, supported by a hydraulic crawler chassis (5,972mm length, 4,100mm width) with 3,717mm minimum swing radius for tight-site adaptability. Transporting at 3,140×3,262mm, the 48t rig stands 18,592mm during operation, balancing mobility and stability.
Optional features include intelligent monitoring (torque/depth/verticality), safety protections (anti-collision/overload), digital systems (10-inch touchscreen/ADMS control), and all-directional camera surveillance, providing intelligent solutions for pile foundation construction.
