Performance Characteristics

(1) Intelligent machine, paving width from 2.5m to 6.0m and the flexibility of the tire paver's turnaround, well meets the construction work of sidewalks, towns and alleys.

(2) Adopting full hydraulic bridge drive automatic differential transmission system, rear four-wheel tire drive mode, good maneuverability, large contact area, strong adhesion.

(3) The diesel engine adopts Shangchai SC4H water-cooled engine (103kw/2200rpm) with high-pressure common-rail technology, the emission reaches National III standard, equipped with brand-new diesel engine management system, which has sufficient power reserve, good economy, low noise and long life.

(4) The hydraulic system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, with independent drive for transmission and distribution of materials, which makes the power output highly efficient and fast, and ensures the reliability of the system.

(5) The 13t hopper is designed to be wide enough to store enough material at all times. The receiving interface can be adapted to different tons of material trucks.

(6) The new compactness of the left and right independent drive transmission distributing box, distributing device can be conveniently moved up and down to adapt to different paving thicknesses, reducing the material segregation; improve the convenience of use of the paver and pavement paving quality.

(7) The design of electronic control system is based on CAN bus technology as a platform, and develops a network control system with multi-CPU control technology and good human-machine interaction interface.

(8) The use of automatic leveling device can accurately and automatically control the paving thickness and slope, so that the longitudinal flatness of 3mm/3m, transverse slope within 0.02%, to meet the specifications of high-grade highways.

(9) E475TG hydraulic retractable screed with three-point suspension structure and single vibration compaction device improves the construction stability and pavement molding quality.
