Its main boom features a 7-section U-shaped design, offering a length range of 12.5m (base) to 65.6m (full extension), and can reach up to 99.3m when combined with the jib, ensuring wide coverage for high-rise or long-distance lifting. The U-shaped boom enhances structural strength and stability, supported by high-strength steel materials that undergo rigorous testing.

 

Equipped with advanced outriggers (front swinging with two-stage telescoping, rear telescoping), it provides a longitudinal×transversal span of 7.6×8.0m and an automatic leveling function, ensuring stable operation on various terrains. The 4-point support design further boosts stability during heavy lifts.

 

For efficient performance, the main and auxiliary winches offer a maximum single-rope lifting speed of 135m/min (no load), while the boom's full extension/retraction time is 570s, and full lifting/descending time is 60/150s, reducing operation cycles. The slewing speed of 0~1.8 r/min allows precise positioning.

 

Safety is prioritized with a dual-circuit braking system (service brake with disc brakes on front axle and drum brakes on rear axle, parking brake via spring air chamber, and emergency brake with spring energy storage). The dual-circuit hydraulic power steering system ensures reliable handling.
