CRCHI's rock bolting jumbo is used for rock bolting in tunnelling applications, integrating functions of drilling, bolting and grouting. It can be widely used in railway, highway, water conservancy, national defense and other fields for rock reinforcement of tunnels or side slopes.
Automated construction
Fully automated and mechanized bolt installation with different bolting methods, such as the bolting after grouting method (for bolts with cement mortar), the grouting after bolting method (for hollow bar bolts).
High-quality and highly-efficient bolting
Can drill a bolt hole of 5 m deep within two minutes and complete bolt installation and grouting within three minutes.
Comfortable working environment
The closed and air conditioned cabin (with cooling and heating functions) improves the operator's comfort especially in extreme environment. Easy operation comes from the combined bus joystick which controls machine's movements.
