XCA550 All Terrain Crane is designed mainly for erection and maintenance of wind turbines. It is also suitable for operation in typical working conditions such as lifting operation   for   bridges,   dock,  and

petrochemical construction. The crane adopts 7 axles and 7 boom sections with K-type outrigger structure. It is also equipped with Y-type self-assembly super lifting device, fixed jib, luffing jib and wind power jib, which contributes to various working conditions and excellent performance.
Based on the brand new G1 generation technology platform, the crane adopts single-engine technology, efficient self-assembly site transfer design, fixed length tensioning super lifting technology, intelligent boom technology, fully-closed energy-saving hydraulic system, two-power drive technology and independent suspension technology. Brand new appearance and outline for G1 generation products is adopted. 
High performance 
Single-engine system is newly developed, which makes dynamic transfer easier and layout of whole crane more optimized. Fully-extended 7-section boom of 90m is the longest, boom performance reaches the level of 600 tonnage crane in the industry, and annual maintenance cost of dynamic system is lower.
Wind power jib is equipped, which can meet the requirement of the wind turbine erection below 2.0 MW.
With 54.5m fixed jib and 90m luffing jib equipped, max. lifting height is 140m, and adaptability for working condition is better.
The third bracket of luffing jib is added. After boom is fully extended, pull the luffing

jib to reduce max. thrust of telescoping cylinder so that impact load on boom end is decreased greatly, safety in boom raising is improved, operating requirement is reduced and operation is easier.
Site transfer efficiency of super lifting device, counterweight and outrigger self-assembly system designed on basis of efficient site transfer idea is leading in the industry. Self-assembly of outriggers only needs 30 minutes (first adopted in the industry); with brand new automatic topping counterweight attachment, hoisting and attachment of 180t counterweight only needs 20 minutes, and self-assembly of super lifting device only needs 40 minutes.
