Product Description

1.Product Introduction

(3) The diesel engine uses the diesel SC4H+ water-cooled engine (103kw/2000rpm), adopts high pressure common rail technology, the emission reaches the national III standard, is equipped with a new diesel engine management system, sufficient power reserve, good economy, low noise, long life.

(4) The hydraulic system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, and the feed is driven independently, so that the power output is efficient and fast, and the reliability of the system is ensured.

(5) The 13t hopper design is wide and can always store enough material. The receiving interface can adapt to different tonnage of the skip car.

(6) The independently driven feed and distribution system, the proportion of feed speed adjustment, the dividing device can be easily moved up and down to adapt to different paving thickness, reduce material segregation, and improve the use of pavers and pavement paving quality.

(7) The automatic leveling device can automatically control the paving thickness and slope very accurately, so that the longitudinal flatness reaches 3mm/3m, and the horizontal slope is within the range of 0.02%, which meets the specification requirements of high-grade highways.
