Features
XCA350 All Terrain Truck Crane is designed for application in city construction,bridge loading, installation work in petrochemical projects and wharf construction, and wind power equipments maintenance. The crane is provided with 6 axles,
Six-section boom with single cylinder pinning technology, imported high strength steel plate for boom body, boom length is 15~70m, max. lifting height of boom is 70.3m, boom performance is 2%-5% higher than competitors.
With fixed jib of 6~42m equipped, four kinds of boom angle 0°, 20°, 40° and 60° are
available. With luffing jib of 12~48m/78m equipped, the change of three boom angles among 82°, 78° and 65° can be achieved. The max. lifting height of boom, superlift device and luffing jib is 125m, which contributes to powerful lifting performance and wide working range. With luffing jib of 8m specially for maintenanceof 1.5MW-2.0MW wind turbine, adaptability for working condition is stronger.Superlift device can be attached in short-distance site transfer, which brings convenient and efficient operation.
Two kinds of extending positions (half-extended and fully-extended) satisfies the demands for various jobsites, and detection of outrigger pressure improves operation safety.
Driving
performanceDrive type can be selected automatically according to road conditions, three axles are used for drivingwhen traveling on normal road so as to save fuel, and four axles are used for driving when traveling on slope and complex road to bring good economical efficiency. Max. grade ability of 57% is powerful, and min. turning radius of 23m is suitable for small site transfer.
With mature hydro-pneumatic suspension system in all terrain cranes matching axle load real-time monitoring system, max. travel speed can be controlled according to axle load in real time, which improves safety in traveling. All axles for steering, electro-hydraulic proportionalsteering control technology and 6 steering modes satisfy the demand for flexible site transfer in complex jobsite. Dual-circuit brake system matching general brake management platform, central management and optimization of service brake, engine retarder brake and transmission retarder brake cab be completed by foot brake, which ensures convenient operation and safe traveling.
