Asphalt paver spreads the asphalt mixture evenly on the road base, and performs preliminary consolidation and leveling. There are two types of track and tire. During operation, the front push roller of the paver pushes the rear wheel of the dump truck and receives the asphalt mixture. The asphalt mixture unloaded in the hopper is sent to the spiral paving chamber by two independently driven scraper conveyors on the left and right of the hopper bottom, and the feed volume is controlled by the left and right gates on the rear hopper wall. The spiral paver has two left and right spirals, which spread the material evenly to the left and right sides, but can also be driven independently. With the forward movement of the paver, the compaction and ironing sections are preliminarily consolidated and leveled according to a certain width, thickness and arch.
