HBT6013V Technical Highlights

Incorporation of  fully-hydraulic switch-over technology
By comprehensively incorporating  switch-over control technology, the extraction and control of switch-over signal is totally done by hydraulic pressure, avoiding the unreliability brought by frequent electrical contact and harsh environment and reducing customers' later maintenance cost. With the leading reliability, the switch-over time is 40% shorter than the domestic advanced level.
By controlling the switch-over sequence between main cylinder and swing cylinder, the switch-over sequence is optimized, thus reducing air suction, improving concrete suction efficiency and meanwhile, enhancing pumping continuity and increasing pumping efficiency by 5%. The circulation valve is 50% lower in capacity and weight than the currently domestic advanced level and the hydraulic loss reduces by over 0.5MPa.


Incorporation of  reversing buffering control technology
By adopting exclusive invariable reversing buffering technology in the industry, the pump displacement keeps unchanged during pumping and reversing and the main system unloads in low pressure, which thoroughly avoid such problems as long reversing time, great reversing impact and low service life of pump caused by frequent change of displacement during traditional reversing. Compared with traditional reversing technology, after incorporating  reversing buffering control technology, the pumping efficiency improves by 10%, the reversing impact reduces by 80% and the service life of pump prolongs by once.

Incorporation of  rock valve pumping technology
The use of equivalent bending moment design ensures uniform force, reliable sealing and greatly prolongs the service life of bearing ring, spectacle wear plate and cutting ring. The feature of unilateral wear makes the theoretical service life of rock valve once higher than that of S-valve. It is designed into large streamlined chamber, with pumping resistance small and energy consumption lower. And with open-type structure, it is easier for repair.

Advanced electrical control system
The machine adopts the controller with color display, which can dynamically display and record various working parameters in real-time; main control functions are all finished directly by the controller, which reduces the use level of relay; and meanwhile with it, many intelligent control functions can be realized.
  Then controller is splendid, easily portable, complete in such functions as pumping/reverse pumping, displacement and transfer tube inching and convenient for operation by users.


Advanced lubrication control technology in the industry
Independently controlled electrical lubrication technology can realize grease supply intermittently during pumping and save grease consumption by 50% on the basis of ensuring lubrication effect. Automatic pneumatic grease replenishing function can realize grease replenishment by pressing one button, labor-saving and time-saving and meanwhile effectively guarantee grease cleanness.
  The two sets of lubrication system with grease and thin oil make lubrication better, safer and more convenient. Even if grease is not added in time, thin oil can also ensure the effective lubrication of key elements. That effectively ensures the operation reliability of key parts.


Piston Automatic Return
Piston change is easy, convenient and time-saving. Traditional piston needs to be changed by repeatedly mounting and dismounting linkage and pumping at low speed. Once improperly operated, the piston is easily pushed into delivery cylinder and can't be pulled out. And it generally takes more than 4 hours to finish change. piston automatic return technology cancels traditional linkage. Only by pressing a button, can the piston head automatically return to water groove, which is convenient for checking the wear of concrete piston in real time.


Full process filtering
The system ensures the cleanness of hydraulic oil and thus generates higher operational reliability of hydraulic system, pump and other hydraulic elements.


Perfect safety protection system
The machine is equipped with perfect safety protection systems such as engine starting protection, engine cold starting, too high water temperature protection, too low engine oil pressure protection, hydraulic oil temperature protection and oil pump over suction protection, etc.


New type of central pumping system
The new type of hopper structure uses the whole soleplate molding technology to make the two big circular arcs in the hopper streamlined, the transition corner rounded, and the inner cavity smooth; thus the smaller concrete flowing resistance and the better suction ability are realized. Meanwhile, the arc anti-blocking plate is added in the agitating blind areas and the concrete slowing down areas to farthest reduce the blocking areas, which not only meets the requirement of main hopper body, but also makes the hopper appearance more beautiful.
Elastic suspension technology can absorb the vibration produced by central pump working and ensure a better working stability.
The newly designed piston link rod structure--chained binding ring structure, makes the connection more reliable, and the installation more convenient. It reduces the quantity of bolts to be dismounted during replacing the piston and thus makes the maintenance and repair more convenient.



Introduction of HBT6013V Trailer-mounted Concrete Pump


HBT6013V trailer-mounted concrete pump is a kind of modernized construction equipment used for pumping concrete continuously. It features such outstanding advantages as high reliability, easy maintenance and low operation cost, suitable for medium high and high-rise building construction and long-distance concrete pumping.
HBT6013V pump mainly caters to the mixing plants and concrete production industry in domestic large and middle cities and meanwhile considers the demands of foreign developed countries below medium level. It can meet the requirement of constructing the super high, high and medium high buildings, bridges, tunnels, workshop and power plants which require high pressure pumping, remote distance pumping and pumping high strength concrete (above C50).


I. Parts and systems
1. Engine
The machine adopts a 6-cylinder in line, turbocharged, water-cooled (with external connected radiator), and inter-cooled air inlet radiating engine which complies with China III emission standard.
The engine features maturity and reliability, reasonable price and wide service network. The intercooler, cooling water tank, air filter and engine are matched with mature engine matching technology and reliable fittings.

2.Hopper
Streamlined hopper, designed for high pressure pumping system, has a capacity of 0.6m3. Two side soleplate angles are enlarged, so concrete flowing resistance is smaller and the suction efficiency is higher.
3. Center Pumping System
The center pumping system consists of pumping cylinder, water tank, concrete delivery cylinder and other parts. The pumping cylinder, water tank, concrete delivery cylinder and hopper are fixed together by lead-screws and connecting bolts.
3.1 Rock valve
The distribution valve is designed with advanced  rock valve technology and equivalent bending moment concept, making bearing force balanced. Two-side floating seal structure can automatically compensate wearing clearance. One-side wear of valve wall during pumping prolongs the service life by once, and the wear can be easily repaired by bead weld, making the service life longer.
3.2 Pumping cylinder
The design of main cylinder guide sleeve seal adopts patented seal technology, easy for assembly and disassembly; the guide sleeve seal can be replaced with no need of removing the main cylinder and thus can reduce the replacing time greatly, which is unique in the industry.
3.3 Water tank
During pumping operation, the water tank should be filled up with water to cool and lubricate the piston head; the central pumping system is connected with the sub-frame through the water tank.
3.4 Concrete delivery cylinder
Concrete is sucked in from hopper and then pumped into delivery pipe. It has the inner surface specially treated for high wear-resistance.
3.5 Agitating device
The agitating device uses single side motor for drive and the motor installation and positioning is completely ensured by the machining tolerance of flange and shaft, not by the adjustment of assembly. When replacement of blade and other components needs removing motor, the precision is easily kept, and thus the motor shaking is avoided and the motor working reliability is improved.
4. Hydraulic system
  The hydraulic system is an open-type control system that incorporates  technology.
5. Electrical system
It is equipped with imported controller and color display, which can dynamically display and record variable working parameters, and store various working history record.
6. Automatic lubricating system
The trailer-mounted concrete pump has two automatic lubricating systems, that is, grease lubricating system and thin oil lubricating system. The grease lubricating system can give grease to each key lubricating point from point to point, by time and ration. The oil lubricating system can powerfully lubricate the key points such as the ends of rock valve and concrete piston and ensure a longer service life of rock valve. It is just this kind of exclusive lubricating system that guarantees the super long service life of the key easy-wear parts of pumps in the industry.
7. Radiator system
The radiator has an automatic checking device which starts to lower temperature automatically when oil temperature reaches the preset temperature.


II. Safety protection systems
1. Main pump overload protection
The system has a pressure cut-off valve; the system pressure will reach the highest when pump is clogged; at this time main pump displacement will automatically return to zero to avoid overflow heat loss; engine in low load state and delivery pressure pulsation impact is easy to resolve pipe clogging; if there is no pressure cut-off valve, engine will be in maximum load state and even shutdown, which reduces the engine service life.
2. Hydraulic oil automatic cooling
When hydraulic oil temperature exceeds 55ºC, the radiator motor automatically starts to lower oil temperature; when the system temperature exceeds 90ºC, pumping work is stopped in order to protect system parts from damage and improve hydraulics parts service life.
3. Automatically reverse agitating function
During agitating, if agitator blade is blocked by big stone, oil pressure will go up fast; the pressure relay switch sends a signal; the solenoid change valve changes direction and the agitator motor turns in reverse direction; after several seconds, the electro-magnet resets and the agitating motor rotates normally. Thus the agitator motor and oil pump are efficiently protected against damage.
4. Pump suction protection
When oil level is too low or filter element is dirty, a vacuum meter will give warning to remind you of adding oil or replacing filter element, which can greatly reduce the possibility of pump empty suction and increase the pump service life.
