Product Description
CRCHI's Wet Mix Concrete Sprayer incorporates functions of tramming, pumping and spraying. It uses the boom with several degrees of freedom which can extend, rotate and fold to achieve large-scale and multi-directional concrete spraying. It can be widely used in different kinds of drifts, tunnels and culverts in various fields like railway, highway, water conservancy, national defense and metallurgy for rock reinforcement.

The concrete sprayer has a robust and sturdy carrier specialized for construction machinery, solid tires, four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering.

The boom with a two-stage rotation and slide system ensures spraying height of 17. 5 meters, spraying width of 31.4 meters and front spraying distance of 15.3 meters.

Two closed cabins at its front and rear with excellent visibility provides a safe and ergonomic operating environment. With the remote control function, the operator can safely and comfortably command the boom from a distance.
High reliability
An improved pumping unit features an S pipe valve with smooth tapering, assuring small resistance, longer pumping stroke and reliable concrete spraying with less pipe blocking.
Low rebound rate
Spraying posture, pumping volumes and accelerator dosages are adjustable from the remote control unit in real time, resulting in the rebound rate controlled below 10%.
